Allston Hall is located at the corner of Franklin Street and Braintree Street in the vibrant Boston neighborhood of Allston. It’s a neighborhood of smarties with Harvard, Boston College and Boston University all in close proximity, while also being a place that is artsy and eclectic; an all-around happening environment to live in.
If you follow Braintree Street to the West, you will find numerous new residential developments under construction or just completed, as well as the Boston Landing T station, with subway service to the Back Bay and South Station!
To the South is Harvard Avenue, an established thoroughfare lined with restaurants and shops. Continue down Harvard Avenue and your will find Commonwealth Avenue, which gives access to the Green B Line T, connecting Boston College to Boston University and the Back Bay.

Boston Landing also continues to expand with a hotel and other buildings planned. This is in addition to the nearby boom in lab space being built in Watertown, as well as the Allston Campus expansion by Harvard and the planned $1 Billion investment by the city, state and federal government to turn the nearby railyard along the Mass Pike in Allston into “a hub of transit and economic growth.
Allston Hall is the anchor of the Allston Square Development which will bring new shops, restaurants and 335 new residential units to the neighborhood.
This however is far from the only investments being made in the area. All along Braintree Street, there are new residential developments planned and under construction. At the end of Braintree Street, Allston Yards will bring a new supermarket as well as offices, labs and the jobs that come with that.
